Delivery of Order
Our delivery time is 3-5 working days and it depends on the availability of product ordered.
Delivery charges for all domestic orders are PKR 250 on orders which are less than PKR 2,500. However, delivery is free on all orders which are over PKR 2,500.
International shipping charges vary according to the weight and location of the order.
You will get your order through our courier partner M&P in Pakistan and internationally through DHL.
We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or its seal is opened. If the customer receives incomplete parcel then he/she should inform the customer care department within 24 Hours of receiving the parcel. All the claims made after 24 Hours will not be entertained.

No, you don’t have to pay tax on your order as all product prices are inclusive of taxes.

We have stitched and unstitched suits on the website and our website helps you to differentiate between stitched and unstitched suits.

Placing the order
First you will have to select the product. If it is an unstitched suit, then click on “Unstitched”. For stitched articles, click on your desired size and then press “Add to cart” button. This will take you to the shopping cart screen, where you will be able to see the list of your selected products. Once you have all your desired items in the cart, click on “checkout” to place your order.

You will have to enter you name, address, contact number and email address on the checkout page. At the bottom you will see two options: ‘Ship to this address’ or ‘Ship to different address’ If you select ‘Ship to a different address’ you’ll be taken to a new screen where you will have to enter the complete address for where you want your product to be shipped. Once you’ve completed entering this information, click on the continue button. The final step in completing your online order is ‘Place Order’. Once you click on this button, you will get an Order Number and an email from Kross Kulture. This information must be kept safe with you until you receive your order since it can be used for tracking your order.

Yes, you can add items in your order only if the order has not been processed.
Yes, you can make changes to an order within 24 hours through email. Changes will only be entertained if the order has not been processed.
We have a unique product code for all the products. To search a specific product, you can enter that product code in the search bar and press “enter”.
