The order amount will not be refunded back instead they will be provided a coupon of the same value that can be used to purchase anything from Kross Kulture for the next 30 days. Kross Kulture reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as:

          Incomplete Parcel
          We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel then he/she should inform our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
          
          If the customer places an order for the wrong size and then wants to get a different size, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
