Shipping and Exchange Policy

We at Kross Kulture aim to ensure maximum satisfaction from our customers.

  • Kross Kulture does not have a return policy.
  • An exchange can be made under these circumstances:
  • The request of an exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
  • If the product(s) delivered are faulty, defected, or the wrong size from our end.
  • The product(s) delivered are different from the original order.
  • If items are missing e.g price tags, labels, packaging etc.
  • If the customer places an order for the wrong size and then wants to get a different size, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

To ensure that an exchange is made, the customer must provide photographic proof of the defected item within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). Kross Kulture will look into each case carefully and offer a fair solution that benefits both parties involved.

  • Discounted / Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Any unstitched items cannot be exchanged once they have been stitched.
  • Please ensure that the labels and tags of the product(s) are intact in order for the exchange to take place.

 Order Cancellation

  • Kross Kulture does not offer a refund or money back
  • Customers making a payment through credit card may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead they will be provided a coupon of the same value that can be used to purchase anything from Kross Kulture for the next 30 days.
  • Kross Kulture reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as:
  • The desired item is out of stock.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Credit card or Jazz Cash payments are declined.

Kross Kulture has a strict privacy policy when it concerns the security of our customers. We do not save or share customer credit card details with any 3rd parties.

 Incomplete Parcel

We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel then he/she should inform our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Product Disclaimers

  • Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, with the convenient option of paying cash on delivery at your doorstep or via direct bank transfer.
  • International shipping charges may vary according to the weight of the parcel.
  • We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 2500/- nationwide and Rs. 250/- delivery charges on orders below Rs. 2500/-.
  • For international deliveries customers will have to pay for the shipment charges. Once the order is received, the shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the product(s) and the customer is informed. The order is dispatched once the payment is received.
  • Delivery time for international orders is 5-7 working days.
  • We at Kross Kulture make sure that our product descriptions and images are an accurate depiction of the original product. However, there might be minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product due to backlighting and extra shoot details.
  • All details of the products are provided on the website and we make sure that the information is 100% accurate. Customers are requested to please review the product descriptions and size charts before placing the order.
